I'm Anas, and I teach the Quran the way I learned it: patiently, letter by letter.

I am a Hafiz of the Holy Quran. I teach students of every age, from children reading their first Arabic letters to adults who want to correct their recitation or begin memorising.

Every class is live and one-to-one, so the pace is set by you. I listen to each student recite, correct mistakes as they happen, and give a clear lesson to practise before the next class.

Quran teaching runs in our family. My father, Dr. Syed Muhammad Tahir Shah, and my mother, Mrs. Tahir Shah, teach Translation and Tafseer for students who want to understand what they recite.

    Tell Anas on WhatsApp who the classes are for, their age and your time zone.

  2. Take a first class

    Anas listens to the student read and suggests where to begin: Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed or Hifz.

  3. Set your schedule

    Choose the days and times that suit your family, and classes continue online each week.
